E-partx (H&K Enterprise) (“we”, “us”) operates https://e-partx.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect
- Order details: name, phone number, email, billing and shipping address
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and password (stored encrypted)
- Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics
How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your orders
- To send order confirmations, invoices and delivery updates
- To handle returns, refunds and customer support
- To meet legal, tax and GST record-keeping requirements
- To send offers and newsletters, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only the information needed to complete your order with:
- Razorpay for payment processing
- Shiprocket and its courier partners for delivery
- Google for analytics and product listings
- Government authorities where required by law
We never sell your personal information.

Data retention
Order and invoice records are kept for at least 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Other data is deleted when no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it where the law allows.
