Products and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
- Product images are for illustration. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur.
- We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If an error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is successful, or once a Cash on Delivery order is accepted. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Payment
We accept payments through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available. A GST invoice is provided with every order.
Shipping and delivery
- We ship within India only through courier partners.
- Orders are usually dispatched within [1–3] working days. Delivery times depend on location.
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Please check the package on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
Use of products
Electrical and electronic products must be installed and used by qualified people following the correct ratings and safety practices. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, wrong voltage or misuse.
Warranty
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, claims are handled according to that manufacturer’s terms. We will help you contact the manufacturer where possible.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
